Classes

Acro
Acro class is designed to focus on strength, flexibility and full-body coordination within the context of dance. Fundamentals such as bridges, somersaults, cartwheels, and handstands will be focused on.

Ballet
Ballet is the core foundation of all other dance forms. VIBE offers ballet classes for all ages and levels. Students are taught proper body alignment and technique. Barre and center floor work are combined with choreography combinations to teach musicality, rhythm, coordination and flexibility.

Contemporary
This modern dance class mixes jazz technique, lyrical and classical ballet with innovative new age contemporary tricks and choreography. Contemporary connects the mind and the body through fluid dance movements.

Hip-Hop
VIBE offer Hip Hop dance classes to all ages and levels, as well as all boys Hip Hop classes. In this class dancers will learn foundation and fundamentals of Hip Hop dance styles such as: Breaking, Party Dancing, Locking and Popping.

Jazz
This upbeat style of dance will help your child to find their inner love for movement. VIBE offers jazz classes for all ages and levels. Jazz dancing is a combination of many dance styles including funk, character and Broadway Musical. Dancers will learn both classic jazz style as well as jazz technique.

Lyrical
Lyrical dance combines techniques of classical ballet and jazz, as well as some modern elements. Classes include warm up, isolations, stretches, across the floor progressions and choreography combinations.

Musical Theater
Musical Theatre class will focus on learning proper dance technique while exploring the various dance styles used in Broadway shows. Class curriculum is based on ballet technique layered with Broadway style jazz movement and includes a proper warm-up, stretches, isolations, across-the-floor progressions, combinations and some acting skills.

Pointe
Pointe classes are designed for students with previous ballet training. Students will utilize previously learned ballet technique while working in pointe shoes. Each class includes barre exercises, center floor work and across the floor combinations.

Strength & Stretch
Strength and Stretch class focuses on building strength, cardio and core exercises with added focus on improving dancer flexibility.

Tap
Students will learn basic tap steps set to fun upbeat music along with musicality. By using the taps on their shoes your child can create exciting rhythms and become the heartbeat of dance.
