Welcome to VIBE!
Technical dance training in a positive and uplifting environment, VIBE Dance Academy is a studio located conveniently in the heart of downtown
Rochester, Michigan with high-quality dance instruction. We offer recreational, showcase, and competition teams for all ages in classes ranging from Ballet, Contemporary, Hip-Hop, Jazz, Lyrical, Pointe, Tap and more. Our staff encourages students to be positive towards themselves, other teammates and competitors. Every day is a chance to learn something to better yourself and encourage teammates. We can't wait to dance with you!

Meet Our Owner & Founder
Lisa Krantz has over 26 years experience within the dance and fitness industries; she absolutely loves instructing all ages and styles! She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources & Communications from Oakland University and fitness training certification. Lisa has extensive experience in sales, new business development and business management. Along with her dedication to owning, managing and instructing at VIBE Dance Academy, Lisa is the Director of New Business Development at her full-time employer in Auburn Hills. Customer relations & services are top priorities when it comes to business practices! Lisa's dance experience includes 9 years as the Business Director at a local dance academy where she substantially expanded the business. Lisa’s dance career evolved with training, competing and instructing at Juliana's Academy of Dance. Her repertoire includes acrobatics, ballet, conditioning, contemporary, hip-hop, jazz, lyrical, musical theater, pointe, tap, stretching and strength training. She has been instructing in-studio within the tri-county area for over 26 years and thoroughly understands the functionality of various dance programs and the overall dance industry. Lisa continues to judge for competitive, professional, pom, recreational competitions and auditions. She has performed professionally domestically and internationally. Lisa is an advocate of promoting strong technique while keeping class time challenging, enjoyable and interesting. She attends classes to maintain flexibility, choreography and technique. Lisa and her mini doxies, Lucy & Lola, are long-time Rochester Hills residents. She loves animals, beaches, boating, dancing, friends and family time, healthy living, plant-based nutrition, reading, traveling globally and all that jazz!
